Network Technician/ IT field service technician (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• The planning and installation of technical systems as part of our m3connect product portfolio, from the initial requirements analysis to final quality control
• The configuration, installation and commissioning of network components, as well as components from TV/ SAT system technology, telephony and EDP
• The execution of maintenance tasks and troubleshooting
• Close cooperation with sales, project management, internal departments, external service providers and subcontractors

What we expect

• min. 3 years of professional experience in a similar position and a successfully completed vocational training in IT, electrical engineering, telecommunications or media technology
• Comprehensive experience in network planning and configuration
• You are a motivated self-starter, are willing to learn, work independently and are good with your hands
• You have a confident and friendly demeanour towards customers
• You have good language skills in written and spoken German and English
• You are willing to travel
