In Oberursel near Frankfurt, the café Coffee, Brownies & Downies is creating a place where inclusion is a natural part of everyday life. People with diverse backgrounds work here side by side, permanently employed, integrated into daily life, and in an appreciative environment.
The project was initiated by Max Luscher & Roland Braza and is based on a successful concept from the Netherlands, with the goal of creating a working environment that enables true participation and strengthens diversity within the team.
We were convinced from the start: a concept like this deserves a stable, future-proof digital infrastructure. That’s why we support Coffee, Brownies & Downies free of charge with a complete infrastructure package, consisting of
- Network Technology,
- Digital Signage
- Audio Technology for Background Music
- and Phone Systems.
Beyond technical provision, m3connect handles planning and integration, ensuring everything runs smoothly from day one so the local team can focus fully on operations.
The opening of Coffee, Brownies & Downies is planned for August 1st, and we are very much looking forward to supporting this special endeavor.
