As the IT partner of the Chocolate on the Pillow Group, we are pleased to announce that we will immediately take over the operations of the TRIBE Hotel in Baden-Baden. Under the leadership of the Chocolate on the Pillow Group and as part of the Accor Group, TRIBE Hotels aims to establish itself as a leading provider in the lifestyle hotel industry with over 50 hotels in various European cities. Their main focus is on creating innovative travel experiences that meet the needs and expectations of modern travelers—functional, stylish, design-oriented, and with a balanced price-performance ratio.
A significant step in implementing this expansion strategy is the upcoming opening of the first TRIBE Hotel in the German-speaking region in Baden-Baden. We are proud to be providing the technical infrastructure for this hotel.
Our responsibilities range from providing Wi-Fi and LAN connectivity to implementing state-of-the-art television and entertainment solutions, including an IPTV headend and a satellite system. Network security is our top priority, which is why we use redundant core components to ensure failover safety.
However, our service offering goes far beyond technical implementation. We provide TRIBE Hotels with comprehensive network monitoring and reliable support to ensure smooth operations in the long term.
Digitalization is also an essential part of the TRIBE strategy. The focus is particularly on automation to ease the burden on guests and offer contemporary amenities, such as digital check-in and electronic hotel payment processing. These measures are intended not only to increase efficiency but also to give TRIBE Hotels staff more freedom to focus on guests and make their stay more personalized.

As a subsidiary of m3connect GmbH, this rebranding marks a significant step in its strategic development and strengthens integration within the m3connect group of companies.
With over 30 years of experience, TASCAN Systems has been a leading technology integrator serving customers across Europe, particularly in the hospitality sector, residential and care facilities, clinics, as well as educational and conference centers.
The acquisition by m3connect was announced in the middle of last year, driven by extensive overlaps between m3connect and TASCAN Systems, particularly in the hotel industry. m3connect has been able to leverage TASCAN Systems’ long-standing expertise in the sectors it serves.
Looking ahead, m3connect and m3connectmedia will operate as distinct entities: m3connect will continue to lead in network solutions and expand its services in this domain.
